Executive Officers

Thomas is responsible for the strategic direction of TriMas and its businesses. He joined TriMas in 2016 as the president and chief executive officer, and has more than 25 years of broad industrial experience, having served in several leadership positions at global, multi-billion dollar businesses.

Education and Training:

• Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Mich.
• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University in Detroit, Mich.

Scott leads the finance function of TriMas, and in this capacity is responsible for financial planning, external and internal reporting, information technologies, business analysis, financial policies, cash and debt management, and tax. Scott joined TriMas in May of 2021.

Education and Training:

Jodi is responsible for supporting the Company and its businesses on all legal, compliance, governance, intellectual property, M&A, litigation, real estate, and employee-related matters. Jodi joined TriMas in 2010.

• Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia

Fabio leads TriMas Packaging and is responsible for establishing short and long-term goals, ensuring the profitability of the businesses, driving growth, and working with TriMas leadership to determine the strategic direction of TriMas Packaging. Fabio joined TriMas in 2020.
