investor and analyst day at its aerospace business, headquartered at
Monogram Aerospace Fasteners in Los Angeles, California. Monogram is a
leading designer, developer and manufacturer of permanent blind bolts
and temporary fasteners used in commercial, business and military
aircraft construction and assembly. Management will also be discussing
the recent Martinic Engineering and Mac Fasteners acquisitions. Martinic
Engineering manufactures highly-engineered, precision machined, complex
parts for commercial and military aerospace applications, including
auxiliary power units, as well as electrical hydraulic and pneumatic
