TriMas Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release on May 7, 2010, announcing that it will host its first Analyst Day at NASDAQ MarketSite located at 4 Times Square in New York City on Thursday, May 13, 2010.  The event will begin at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time and is by invitation only.  Members of the Corporation’s senior management will be making presentations that may include material non-public information, including information related to the Company’s strategic goals, key business strategies, growth initiatives and productivity projects.  A live webcast of the meeting and the accompanying presentations will be available on the Corporation’s website at www.trimascorp.com under the Investor Relations section.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

AND CLOSING BELL CEREMONY ON MAY 13, 2010 AT NASDAQ MARKETSITE

 

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Michigan, May 7, 2010 — TriMas Corporation (NASDAQ: TRS) — a diversified global manufacturer of engineered and applied products — today announced that it will hold an Analyst Day and will preside over NASDAQ’s closing bell ceremony at NASDAQ MarketSite located at 4 Times Square in New York City on Thursday, May 13, 2010.
