On April 14, 2005, Scott D. Hazlett, President, Cequent Transportation Accessories Group separated from TriMas Corporation (the "Corporation"). Effective April 19, 2005, the Corporation appointed Edward L. Schwartz as President of the Cequent Transportation Accessories Group. Prior to the appointment, Mr. Schwartz was President of the Corporation's Industrial Specialties and Industrial Fastening Systems Groups.
