Scott leads the finance function of TriMas, and in this capacity is responsible for financial planning, external and internal reporting, information technologies, business analysis, financial policies, cash and debt management, and tax. Scott joined TriMas in May of 2021.

Jill is responsible for supporting the Company and its businesses on all compensation, benefits, performance management, talent acquisition and human resource matters. Jill joined TriMas in 2009.
