How to Vote
Via the Internet:

· Online voting is available until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on May 19, 2026
· You will need the 16-digit control number found on your Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials or proxy card to vote online
By Telephone:
· To vote by telephone, call 1-800-690-6903 and follow the simple instructions
· Telephone voting is available until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on May 19, 2026
· You will need the 16-digit control number from your Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials or proxy card to vote by phone
By Mail:
· To vote by mail, mark, sign, date and return your proxy card in the enclosed envelope
